• Summary Company Monthly Meeting
• Established ISO9001:2015 & ISO14001:2015 for Company
(Lead Auditor Internal Audit, Document Control Center, Control DAR, QMR)
• Equipment and Tooling Control Plan
- Calibration, Preventive, Check Machine before use
- Solve Machine Problems and PM
• X-Ray (Radiation Safety Officer)
• Injection Molding (Control Crane, Cleaning Mold)

• Process improvement
• Customer Request Complain and Customer satisfaction
• On the job training to operator
• Quality problem analysis
(QC 7 Tools, Root Cause Analysis, DOE, Process Capability Analysis, Cpk)
