- Manage, Control, Planning each Cell for repair aircraft parts to achieve OTD and TAT.
- Daily monitoring output/WIP each Cell to be smooth and on Plan date.
- Perform Gate plan support Cell Leader for follow up and update stats
- Forecast each Cell by weekly for status can ship on Plan date or in advance.
- Summary all scrap and discuss with engineer for reduce scrap in the process.
- Summary all rework time and discuss with engineer for reduce rework in the process.
- Analysis the root cause and preventive action for OTD & TAT failed.
- Preparation for all data of KPI present at Operation weekly meeting.
- Plan all tools and equipment for support operation process if not enough need to order.
- Set strategy for Improvement of Effectiveness (HR time, efficiency and utilization)
- Manage operation staff to ensure effectiveness (HR time, efficiency and utilization) follow target.
- Manage, Control Planning of the production to achieve delivery on time.
- Manage, Control over all of production to be smooth and on Production Plan
- Improve productivity and efficiency, and eliminate waste in the process.
- Manage production staff to ensure effective and efficient utilization of personnel, plant facilities, materials and
machine resources for the attainment of production requirement of the company at requisite quality standard.
- Ensure that the production processes, quality standard and products specification of the raw materials/components and
finished goods satisfy sale and marketing requirements and comply with the process/documentation operating instructions.
- Manages, directs, trains and motivates all personnel in the Production /Maintenance /QA &Technical Department.
- Ensure that the wastages are minimized by close supervision.
- Develop and Implement cost reduction programs by reviewing labor and machine utilization and close supervision on material usage.
