- Monitoring and report cost control for maintenance department.
- Control spare part and service work make agreeable to maintenance plan and production plan.
- Report maintenance plan cost and summary actual maintenance cost for yearly plan, quarterly plan and monthly plan.
- Coordinate with warehouse for adjust value inventory keeping and make agreeable to maintenance plan.
- Coordinate with purchase department for control PR process and delivery make agreeable to maintenance plan.
- Monitoring and follow up PR process , delivery for factory investment project.
- Report and summary actual cost for factory investment project.
- Issue PR and follow up for maintenance department .
- Coordinate with IT department to developed and solve problem program for maintenance department.
- Management team working to achieve the goals set and KPI.
- Coordinate with all department for support maintenance department.
- Coordinate with account for support maintenance cost.

- Responsible for purchasing equipment and spare part for all factory machinery .
- Responsible for purchasing electrical and mechanical maintenance .
- Create and present reports cost avoidance, cost reduction , equipment delivery and lead time purchase requisition.
- Plan and coordinate purchasing and assignments for a small team of purchasing agents
- Using ORACLE to create purchase request for quotation and purchase orders.
- Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time, and in the event of problems, trace shipments and follow up on undelivered goods.
