- Sourcing for new source of Palm Kernel Shells(PKS) in Indonesia and Malaysia
- Negotiate price, contracts, and payment terms
- Travel to inspect the cargo
- Maintain good relationships with all suppliers
- Coordinate transportations from the original source to the stockpile/port area
- Responsible for meeting the sourcing targets and coordinate with all department in order to manage inventory sufficiently
- Coach and supervise team members
