• Support end users.
• Support Secure Environment (HS, RS)
• Investigate and repair software, Hardware on incident and change
• Guide users in use program.
• Instruction Manual.
• Update CMDB
• Problem-solving and analytical Capabilities.
• Introduce solve problems in Support end users with the team.
• Prepare PC laptop NS, RS and HS and send to user (Windows, Software Std., devices, etc.)
• Configuration scanner Barcode and Rf scanner
• Support printer laser, deskjet and barcode
• Receive ticket from service now and support on call, MS Teams and mail
