Application support
• Analyzing the root cause on WMOS & WCS Application.
• Working with the ticket system and coordinate within My team And contact with MANHATTON WMOS to solve the issues via skype Business chat or E-Mail and Query SQL Oracle for Fixed Case for user within today
• Issue log report to the project team to tracking the WMOS & WCS issues, Interface issues, or pending the system change request.
• EDI monitoring to make sure there’s no interface issue For everyday.
Working Open PR Oracle For sale Hardware for Require from User but Approve By customer
Working Query from Sql oracle Fetch Inbound outbound Adjustment And create Crystal report for User for use Everyday Everyweek Everymonth

Infrastructure support & IT support
• Monitoring on the network hardware to ensure that ready to use.
• Configuration equipment hardware such as fingerprint machine, multifunction printer, Zebra label printer, Intermec RF scanner, etc.
• Tracking all assets in IT equipment such as PC, Laptop, RF, Printer, etc.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve the issues that occur on the printer, laptop, PC that broken.
