ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Responsible for FCL/LCL ocean & air freight export shipments
- Contact liner, local agents to get export booking
- Coordinate with customer (Exporter), shipping lines, customs brokers, warehouses, overseas agents as well as internal departments.
- Tracking, tracing and updating the status of export shipment until arrival.
- Ensure smooth export operations / documentations
- Submit SI, VGM, Confirm BL and AMS/ISF, ACI, EManifest all process docs to USA, LATIN,
- Expedite payment to carriers for pick up B/L or Airwaybill.
- Issuing financial billing process, freight invoice, credit note, debit note and cost control.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
