- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare sale forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
- Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with sales, marketing and customer finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information used for demand forecasts
- Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply planning
- Create, manage production plan and cooperate with team to get all plans to operate within timeline
- Proactively manage stock out risks and communicate recommended actions to cross functional team
- Participate in weekly sales and operations meetings and lead monthly forecast meetings for assignment
- Work with Marketing to forecast customer demand, manage supplier capacity and lead times, and achieve inventory goals
- Generate products and services from inception to commercialization for customers
- Participate in cross-functional teams to execute product development plan
- Generating ideas for new products and researching feasibility in terms of profitability resource availability and compliance with regulations

- Oversee inventory management and purchasing support of associated production schedule and material requirement planning ( Primary packaging, Secondary Packaging and Ingredient )
- Oversee the execution of the finished product and raw material production, purchase and distribution plans
- Participate in the review of inventory levels and warehouse capacity, initiate and coordinate necessary product movements to prevent out of stocks and out of date issues as well as overstock/warehouse capacity issues
- Plan and co-ordinate the management of raw material supply outages and production outages
