1) Customer, 2) Other Freight Forwarder, 3) All Nippon Express Branch.
Preparing all shipment information to pass to D/O DIVISION to pick up D/O.
Collecting and checking all shipping documents and shipment information to prepare document for Customs Clearance; Exp. Type of importation, Import Privilege, Cargo Description, Import License and etc.Collecting and checking all concern document; Exp. BOI Approval, Cheque, Import License and etc.Arranging all concern document to send to EDI DIVISION for arrangement of Import Declaration, EDI transaction and etc.
Follow up status of shipment during customs clearance, inform customers immediately once there is any problem.Inform customers immediately once customs clearance has done and cargo is released from terminal. Cooperate with TRN until cargo deliver to cnee.
Monitor and assist lower level staff to solve problem, inform to senior staffs of the status.Encourage sales activity in order for customers to use our service more, giving information to sales department to approach customers.Cooperate the team to make a plan to develop department in order for customer to get most satisfaction.
