-Explore new prospect customers and expand sales through new customers.
- Monitoring budget to achieve KPIs
- Coordinating with external agencies for Office and Retail channels
- Responding to and following up enquiries by telephone and personal visits.
- Leading market research and competitive surveys.
- Develop and manage responsible channels with the right solution and manage key projects in order to achieving the monthly & yearly sales targets.
- Preparing monthly reports and providing relevant management information for the support and management team.
-Other tasks as assigned
- Research to identify clients, opportunities and competition company and maintain into the company's database.
- Create the marketing plan and planning with the concept of the products' promotion and event and targets within the company's budget.
- Coordinate with the other departments and the event coordinators on marketing events.
- Develop the strategies and deliver after sales services to maximize sales and follow up the customer satisfaction and retention. Attend to customer' queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Co-ordinated between sales agent officers and the clients who came to see the project and reported to Sales and Marketing General Manager by daily report and weekly meeting.
- Prepare about sales document and support of salesperson such as give basic information to the clients who is call in the office and follow up. And go out to see the client if salesperson is not available and do all the sales documents such as booking, S&P, for the potential clients.
-Take care and look after around the project both of the show houses and standard houses.
