2 วิเคราะห์ยอดขาย (รายวัน , รายสัปดาห์ , รายเดือน)
3 กระตุ้นการขายของพนักงานหน้าร้าน
4 Brief Promotion ให้กับทีม
5 Feedback และเสนอขอ Promotion ร่วมกับ Marketting & Produce
6 ตรวจการลง Stock (รายสัปดาห์ , รายเดือน)
7 ประมาณการสั่งวัตถุดิบ และสินค้าประเภทอุปกรณ์สาขา
8 ตรวจสอบตารางงานพนักงาน , ทำ OT พนักงาน
9 ทำ OT พนักงาน
10 ประเมินความสามารถพนักงาน (DIP , PIP)
11 Update อัตราการลาออกพนักงาน / แจ้งลา แจ้งลาออก ผ่านระบบ
12 สัมภาษณ์พนักงานใหม่
13 ทำUsername/Passworldเข้าTrue Connect ให้New Comer ทุกอาทิตย์
14 Visit สาขา และตรวจเช็คดูแลความเรียบร้อยและถูกต้อง
15 เปิดสาขาใหม่ และปิดสาขาที่มีกำหนดจะปิด
16 Survey Location
