- Develop the business plan including the annual budget for e-commerce which will outline objectives,
strategy, tactics and milestones to achieve overall financial goals for product sales, margin & operating
income.
- Manage, develop and execute all channel (Shopee, Lazada, Central Online, Facebook live & chat, Line
My Shop, Tik-Tok, brand website), e-commerce strategy and develop action plans for license brand
(mother and baby, men’s wear), house brand (women’s active wear, children’s wear, men’s wear) e.g.
sales, online product, product listing, product pricing, product stock, advertising, store decoration and
promotional campaign planning.
- Oversee daily end to end e-commerce operations to ensure seamless integration and performance
across all channels.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget for e-commerce advertising (CPAS, Shopee Ads, Lazada
Solutions and other) to ensure a healthy ROAS.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners to secure promotional opportunities
and increase brand visibility.
- Analyze store and platform data to identify insights and integrate findings into sales strategies. Monitor
and respond to abnormal data promptly to ensure the platform’s sustainable and profitable growth.
- Work closely and coordinates with all stakeholders including brand and merchandising, digital
marketing, IT, developer, warehouse, logistics, accounting to develop appropriate processes and resource
requirements to drive e-commerce business results and achieve exponential growth.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights to the management team.
- Coach, develop and support the growth and development of subordinates and colleagues.
- Develop new business opportunity to maximize the revenue/profit.
- Other responsibilities as per company assigned.
- Manage and lead e-commerce team, ensuring the highest level of company goal.
- Develops and implements the strategic E-commerce marketing plan for an organization.
- Head the planning and execution of the marketing strategies to promote services to online customers.
- Conducting business to business transactions through the e-Commerce marketplace such as Lazada, Shopee, Konvy, Beauti-Cool and other marketplace in the future / Affiliate Marketing Program.
- Monitor the current E-Commerce sites (application and website) and identify opportunity to improve.
- Create marketing campaigns for new product launches and create creative selling campaigns.
- Drive sales revenue on Online Platform and co-promotion with distributors.
- Own P/L performance e.g. budget control, promotion and media efficiency.
- Efficient stock planning to achieve Forecast accuracy performance.
- Management of e-commerce customer service, order processing, delivery, returns, and complaints management together with other related parties such as Technical, Logistics, Inventory.
- Develop & Improvement online fulfillment for short term & Long Term.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
- Analysis of sales, site performance, email campaigns, internal, external marketing programs and improvement.
- Work with the Marketing team to formulate online communication and sales strategy, campaign and promotion plan that fits to our business requirements and goals and ensure measurable success.
