I am acting Project manager for Thakotech is only part of my responsibility. When the first time I enrolled this position the company was around 100 millions in debt, I was one of the back up team behind the strategy of change. It was breaking even after 3 years and got more than 200 millions annual sale in the next 3 years after that time.
I also deal with the clients myself because of one of the strategic was contact keeping and find more costumers. I have a duty to advise the strategy of the international vendors such as The Germany sewer system company to high chemicals resistant caravel from Singapore( Thakotech is a subsidiary company of Thaipolymer supply which they do sale variety of products)
I work very closely with the operation manager the ensure all projects completed and all staffs life subsistence and advice giving to The General manager or Managing director if it need be. I believe anything can be leaning and be an expert with in enough time fortunately I have a deep knowledge of projects management and have been working with a government clients for more than 10 years.The company I am working with is selling a polyurethane installation products & projects which I have no idea when I was entering and then I became an expert within a year and carrying out 1-200 millions THB projects cost and tons of nether normal or public service costumers since then.
