1 Perform to review PTW and advise to Sub Contractor step by step
2 Perform to review recheck the completion of the Test package
3 Perform to checking and inspection and conformation to materials delivery to site works. Such as Cable drum and accessory etc.
4 Perform to review the Notice for FIN No.xxxxx before submit Client.
5 Perform to preparation of AFC drawing accordance with activities.
6 Perform to conduct team and supervise team of Sub Contractor as follows
6.1 Installation of Cable Support , Cable ladder accordance with AFC drawing including with internal inspection/Official Inspection.
6.2 Installation of Transformer 30M VA and 10MVA accordance with AFC drawing including with Vendor’s scope SAT
6.3 Installation of SWGR 115 kV and 6.6 kV and 400 V Panel SCHNEIDER product and accordance with AFC drawing including with Vendor’s Scope SAT.
6.4 Installation of MDB and MCC panel ABB product and accordance with AFC drawing including with Vendor’s Scope SAT.
6.5 Perform to preparation of GA (General Alignment) for reference any installation works.
6.6 HI-POT test Individual test MV Cable (22kV) and review and verify result after testing
6.7 Take care Vender ‘s product and witness Individual test SWGR 115 kV and 22 kV , MDB 400 V , MCC (ABB and schneider, Akkarat Transformer.
6.8 Functional Testing and recording data test for finding test package
7 Report to E&I superintendent

6.5 Supervise and conduct team for installation of Substation 22kV and 6.6kV SWGR, MCC, 400V MDB, UPS, CT, PT system installation.
6.6 Supervise for PI/IR Insulation & HIPOT test Individual test, Loop & Function test.
6.7 Review Documentation data test, Procedure, Specification of standard IEC, Procedure Method Statement
6.8 Perform to conduct and take care any Vendor’s to service do Testing & Commissioning
6.9 Perform to JSA SHE coordination
6.10 Perform vendor offer review & technical bid evaluation, carryout vendor drawings/documents review and vendor data incorporation.
6.11 Co-ordination with other disciplines. And including with take care Vendor during on Construction
6.12 Equipment sizing; UPS/ battery sizing; earthling lightning protection system calculations
6.13 Review to Job safety Analysis (JSA).
6.14 Monitoring Progress S Curve and Set & Appointment with Meeting with Client and Sub Contractor

9 Prepare, Review & approve Cause & Effect diagram and Logic diagrams. Review and approve all the vendor documents for DCS/ ESD/BMS/PLC systems, Instruments and also for Package equipment’s
10 Responsible for electrical and Instrument engineering design, calculation and selectsequipment as project assigned
11 Approve Material and review shop drawing to ensure its conformation to design concept
12 Checks detail engineering drawings prepared by Drafters & Designers to ensure compliance to design codes/specifications.
13 Organize / Participate in project meeting with Licensor , contractor Engineers and other parties as project required/appropriate
14 Implement project documents and also distribute to related persons.
15 Conduct constructional works and checks
16 Witness fundamental testing and Run re-testing (if necessary)
17 Supervise and consult to sub-contract on site about the corrective installation methods.
18 Track the project work status and report to line manager periodically in order to ensure that every task is not overdue, reconcile in case of these any past-due job occur.
