1. ศึกษารวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อวิเคราะห์และนำเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการทำงาน และบริหารประสิทธิภาพค่าใช้จ่ายของการดำเนินงาน
(Continuous improvement on processes efficiency; bottleneck analysis, Cycle Time improvement, line balancing and layout optimization)
2. การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านกระบวนการทำงานให้คุ้มค่าลดเวลาการผลิต
(Support production to improve product quality, root cause analysis, quality control improvement as well as preventive actions)
3. ออกแบบเขียนแบบ 2D/3D อุปกรณ์ช่วยผลิตและเครื่องมือจับยึดสำหรับผลิตชิ้นงานร่วมปรับปรุงและพัฒนา
(Design 3DCAD/2D drawing and detail, develop equipment & Jig, Fixture support production line to help produce the parts, in close cooperation with process engineering. Follow up control plan & Report)
4. จัดประชุมกับทุกส่วนงานร่วมกับลูกค้าเพื่อสั่งทำเครื่องมือ จิ๊ก ฟิกเจอร์ เพื่อนำเสนอต้นแบบเครื่องมือ สรุปและสั่งซื้อให้กับทุกแผนก ส่งแบบสั่งทำเครื่องมือผลิตภายในและผลิตนอกโรงงาน
(Coperate with other section (customer & Inhouse)concern design document & CAD data.)
5. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลต้นทุนจุดคุ้มทุนโครงการเครื่องจักรเพื่อสั่งซื้อเครื่องจักรลงไลน์ผลิต รายงานและสรุปผล
(Develop, analyzes and manages machine projects to achieve the quality productivity cost safety follow production plan and schedule to target (KPI), New project analysis must evaluate a proposal to buy a new machine for production.)
6. ออกแบบเครื่องจักรเบื้องต้น
(Concept of automation machine design and preparing production)
7. ผลิตชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักรเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรให้สามารถทำงานได้
8. ประสานงานให้คำปรึกษาโครงการไคเซ็นกับพนักงาน 800 ทีม สรุปคะแนน PPM พนักงาน คำนวนต้นทุนจุดคุ้มทุนประโยชน์ที่ได้รับและสรุปผลนำเสนอ
(Kaizen coaching and mentoring with team leader to summary & report job status, Actively engage in Kaizen and costs reduction activities)
9. ปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต
(Continuous process improvement)
10. จัดทำวางแผนการปรับปรุงให้บรรลุผลตามเป้าหมาย
