- Check customer inquiries for hydraulic parts and send quote request to suppliers.
- After receive parts costing , then calculate price calculation and prepare formal
quotes to both domestic and international suppliers.
- Check cost and delivery for hydraulic parts from domestic and international
suppliers and after receive customer order, then prepare formal POs to suppliers.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers through emails mainly and also through
phone call.
- Contact shipping agent for hydraulic parts import and export.
- Prepare formal sales order and submit to accountant for their invoicing.
- Arrange customer deliveries schedule.
