Network Engineer support at Western Digital (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.
•Upgrades, installation including troubleshoots the network device such as cisco , h3c,huawei and firewall.
•Provide the network and troubleshooting to support operation line.
•Support user request about network issue.
•Provide the network to all user within WD.
•Monitoring, , Analyzing, and Reporting of all issues on-site.

- Engineer (Cisco, Huawei and H3C device)
- and monitoring system with Cacti and Sorlarwinds2010.
- Provided 24x7 on phone support and ensure operation can run normal.
- Network Engineer support
Upgrades, installation including troubleshoots the network device such as cisco , h3c,huawei and firewall.
Provide the network and troubleshooting to support operation line.
Support user request about network issue.
Provide the network to all user within WD.
- Monitoring, , Analyzing, and Reporting of all issues on-site
