● Roll out IT system to distributor/JnJ users follow J&J Standard:
- DMS SFA to DC: on-site training 12 distributors 120 users
- GEO Mapping: have worked with people in South East Asia to deploy this system to Thailand. This system is roll-outed to Thailand, Philippines, VietNam, Indonesia
● Lead the functionalities and enhancement of SalesTools (SFA):
- Coordinate among the development teams (vendor) and stakeholders to clarify issues or new requirement
- Perform UAT Testing
- Train users to use system and delegate operation process to user
● Ensure DMS SFA operation runs under control:
- Initial and develop system processes (SOP) to improve SLA
- Consult Distributor on DMS/SFA process.
- Consolidate and provide GT Dashboard report to sales teams
● Database administrator:
- Develop SQL query script for instant reports while waiting for report development
- Analysis and design of databases and user interfaces
- SFTP setup for gathering data from distributors located outside JnJ
● Expertise in Excel to manipulate and develop report for business stakeholders
