โครงการก่อสร้าง​ โรงแรมไอซาน่า​ โคราช​โฮเทล​ (AISANA​ KORAT​ HOTEL) อาคารเอ​ อาคารบี​ และอาคารคลับเฮ้าส์​
1.ควบคุมงาน​ ประสานงาน​ หน้างานและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในหมวดงานต่างๆ​ ระหว่างงานโครงสร้าง​ สถาปัตยกรรม​ งานระบบไฟฟ้าสื่อสาร​ งานระบบสุขาภิบาลดับเพลิง​ งานระบบปรับอากาศและระบาย​ ร่วมกันงานตกแต่งภายใน​
2.จัดทำและตรวจสอบ​ BOQ​ จัดหาผู้รับเหมา​ เปรียบเทียบราคา​ สรุปผู้รับเหมา​ ร่างสัญญา​
3.​จัดทำสัญญาก่อสร้างและสรุปกำหนดแผนงานและขอบเขตงาน​
4.​ตรวจสอบแบบสำหรับการขออนุญาต​ แบบสำหรับการประมูลราคาและแบบสำหรับก่อสร้าง​
5.​ตรวจสอบวัสดุสำหรับก่อสร้าง​
6.ตรวจสอบวิธีขั้นตอนการทำงาน​ ตรวจสอบปัญหาและความถูกต้องของงาน​ Inspector
7.จัดประชุมประจำสัปดาห์และสรุปรายงานความคืบหน้างานและปัญหาในงาน​
8.ตรวจสอบ​ Shop​drawing​
9.ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติ​ Payment.​ ผู้รับเหมา​
10.ตรวจสอบความบกพร่องของงานและจัดทำรายการDefectList เพื่อเก็บงาน​ให้เรียบร้อยเตรียมส่งมอบ​
11.ตรวจสอบ​ Asbuilt​Drawing.​ คู่มือและเอกสารรับประกันสำหรับการส่งมอบงานแก่เจ้าของโครงการ​
12.จัดเตรียมเอกสารและประสานงานสำหรับการตรวจสอบอาคารกับหน่วยงานรัฐเพื่อเปิดใช้อาคาร
