ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Control and improve on quality control for raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished goods in order to meet quality requirements of company. Ensures implementation of quality, Sanitation Plan, HACCP Plan and/or standards for frying, coating/packaging, finished product evaluation and on-hold product evaluation.
- Ensure the quality of finished products as agree specifications before release.
- Leads and coordinates daily activities and schedule of QC laboratory, QC packaging room and QC wall (physical defect of potato chip and sensory).
- Supervise the technicians in conducting test, research, process improvement and factory support activities.
- Supervise on quality document control and follow up procedure and WI.
- Participates in IQA/GMP/HACCP/FSSC22000/QSHA/ASHA audit per schedule. Prepares the necessary report for management review.
- Control, verify and update for all analysis method for raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods to ensure that guidelines and standards set by the company are strictly followed.
- Supervises conduct of laboratory proficiency tests of QC technicians by checking internal youden/secter youden sample every quarter.
- Set up the method and plans from primary method changed rapid method such as soxhlet method --> NMR, moisture analysis method --> TGA, OV (oxidation value) --> FTIR, ensuring that it conforms to company strategies.
- Supervise the proper servicing, repair, maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment. Ensure optimum operation of laboratory facilities to provide efficient, on time service and information to operating functions.
- Supervise and verify quality result in order to get the quality result on time and make use of statistical analyses of QC monitoring data, identifying opportunity areas for improvement.
- Cooperate with the related department in order to solve the problem on non-conforming of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
- Supervise the customer complaint to concern function and fast action on handling the product complaint regarding investigation root cause, corrective action and preventive action from owner fucntion within agree timeline.
- Ensures product quality and safety to follow with requirements of the government related and customer.
- Immediately inform QA manager in case of find food safety issue.
- Responsible for monitoring and evaluating direct reports to comply with workplace safety and environmental policy.
- Conducts orientation/training GMP to new employees of every department when necessary.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
