 Worked with a team to maintain and provide the accurate data of MRP (Material Requirement Planning).
 Issued PR/PO to suppliers and follow up purchase order confirmation from suppliers.
 Monitoring and protected material shortage 100% in the system based on MRP data.
 Managed delivery plan and expedite or postpone the shipment schedule with suppliers in order to meet production schedule.
 Ensured to control the inventory turnover 30 days for support production, CR running change and protect dead stock from obsolete model.
 Combined material of Small Home Appliance product such as packaging, power cord, screw etc., decrease store area by 15%
 Accelerate the quality problem report to complete within 1 week.
 Warranty the quality of material from supplier by ISO annual audit.
 Cooperated with Japanese/Thai to support new material for new model & development, CR activity.
