2.1 Daily monitor 5S in production line and do 5S together with Foremans, Leaders, Operators
2.2 Make daily production plan every month follow Master Production Plan from PC Dept.
2.3 Monitor production result every day must be 100% follow management policy.
2.4 Monitor reject result every day must be under target 0.5% follow management policy.
2.5 Daily Meeting with Foreman, PC, PE, QC and Vice President to report result and make corrective action and preventive action when production result cannot achieve 100%
2.6 Daily Meeting with Foreman, PC, PE, QC and Vice President to report reject result and make
corrective action and preventive action when result over target 0.5%
2.7 Weekly report production result to President in Productivity meeting and present corrective action / preventive action when result can not achieve 100%
2.8 Weekly report reject result to Vice President in Reject Reduction meeting and present corrective action / preventive action when reject result over target 0.5%
2.9 Meeting with concern section to do corrective action / preventive action and make report to QA Dept when QA found abnormal and issue abnormal report to Production.
2.10 Monthly report production result, productivity & reject result in Management review meeting.
Man Power Managenent
2.11 Morning meeting after exercise with Foremans, Leaders, Operators to check man power attendance, inform and receive information every day.
2.12 Monthly plant meeting with all persons in factory to inform result last month and next month plan and the others activity for next month.
2.13 Supervise 6 Foremans, 12 Leaders and 100 Operators.
Cost Reduction
2.14 Daily monitor scrap and make corrective / preventive action with concern persons when scrap result over target follow management policy.
2.15 Monthly monitor scrap result and report result in Management review meeting.
2.16 Advise QCC teams to do scrap reduction activity.
Safety
2.17 Weekly monitor all teams to do KY activity.
2.18 Check KY report all teams after do activity.
2.19 Follow management policy to do CCCF activity.
System Audit
2.20 Responsible for internal audit ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001.
2.21 Responsible for internal audit about Quality, Safety & Enveronment.
2.22 Support customers audit and action after customers have comment.

3.1 Improve productivity and reduce scrap in process that have detail as following :-
Check production result every morning to check status and find the problem.
Receive Quality Information(QI) from QA in every morning meeting.
Production meeting every day with PE, Supv, Advisor and Manager to know the problem, find Cause and Trouble Shooting.
Make Kaizen every month to continuous improvement.
Control Leaders and Operators follow Trouble Shooting and Kaizen.
Check all result after improvement (PDCA).
Make report and present all PDCA to management revel meeting every month in target review presentation.
3.2 Responsible for internal audit the Integrated Management System ISO/TS 16949 : 2004 that combine with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & TIS 18001.
