• Continuous management and monitoring of the processes to ensure a stable and controlled process. Establish optimized process / parameters and requirements
• Strive for continuous improvement in yield and process capability
• Support product and process validations and qualifications
• Analyzes defects to determine root cause and required corrective actions using problem solving tools and processes

o Planning, controlling and ordering raw materials and packaging as required in time for production considering lead time and shelf life.
o Developing alternative source of material.

o Maintain adequate stock levels of raw materials, packaging and finished goods in line with sales demands.
o Ensure proper storage conditions for all items.

o Production planning and scheduling.

o Control overtime requirements and report details monthly.
o Coordinate dispatch schedules with Bangkok Admin Department.
o Maintain a clean, healthy and safe working environment.
• Technical
To handle a wide range of areas in production and quality control, including:
• New products development and testing.
• Quality control tests on raw materials and finished products and keeping records of the same.
• Security
o Ensure overall plant security in line with company policy.
o Retain formulations under lock and key, using only coded formulations for batching.
