• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business in new and existing markets to achieve company’s goal
• Handle import and export process and necessary documents required for each country
• Oversees and strengthen customer relationship with distributors and importers
• Monitor performance of distributors and importer in 20 countries
• Generate and monitor market trends, identify opportunities and seek for prospect customers to achieve company’s goal
• Work closely with marketing team and product management team to optimize sales activity in order to maximize company’s sales growth
• Develop an in-depth understand and become expert in USA, Europe, Japan, Taiwan and Middle-East market.
• Make a correspondent with foreign customers.
• Follow up any export operations and production planning.
• Expand new prospect customers and new oversea business opportunities.
• Administer all sales processes to ensure adherence to all sales results.
• Ensure optimal level of all sales services to customers and distributors.
• Analyze all market coverage and plan all required resources for same and ensure compliance to all time frame.
• Evaluate all customer issues and provide optimal solutions to all resolve same.
• Manage all export sales and ensure compliance to all procedures of organization.
