Responsible for Recruitment function process of SIAMSINDHORN Group (11 Company)
To support BU in recruitment process for the key position (GM/HM, DOS, Chief E/G and Financial Controller And other jobs
Training
Compiles and maintains complete and up-to-date orientation manual, training plan follow career path, and training activities.
Provide orientation for management/staff of the Company.
Maintain monthly and yearly records of training reports.
Preparing, communicating and implementing an annual training year plan.
Ensuring implementation of and conducting trainings as requested by the Government and the Department of Skills Development.
Monitor and control the use of the company's training facilities and equipment including the training rooms/office and to ensure the rooms' condition is maintained and cleaned at all time.
Coach, counsel, discipline and develop subordinate associates.
Analyze training needs to design employee development.
Employee Relation
Effectively manage and arrange Employee Relations activities according to the plan and within the budget.
Coordinating employee activities and events to maintain good relationships for the staff and the company.
To build up the employee engagement, including provide staff birthday party, Stff Party and company outing etc.
Manages programs and achievement of the goals, quality of deliverables, timeline and budget of CSR activity/initiative, which are designed to have positive impact on the society and environment
Others task as requested.

Ensuring implementation of and conducting trainings as requested by the Government and the Department of Skills Development.
Keep comprehensive records of all training activities and maintain efficient administration within the department along with preparing and submitting operational reports as needed and requested.
