1 Supervise accounting staffs to ensure accurate payable/receivables input into the system
2 Check payment to ensure adequacy of supporting documents and compliance with local tax requirements.
3 Regular review account receivable aging and work with line managers to collect outstanding debts and to minimize Days of Sales Outstanding.
4 Prepare month end journals and monthly book closing.
5 Perform reconciliation for accounts receivable, account payable, fixed assets, and bank balances.
6 Prepare forecast/budget and review operating result and analyze performance against budget/forecast with the management.
7 Prepare the year end and month end financial report.
8 Liaise with external auditors on audit of financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting standards.
9 Liaise with Tax Authorities to ensure compliance with tax regulations
10 Monitoring food and beverage costing report and warning system in case of irregular over-budget F&B cost item.
11 Responsible for knowing critical functions within the department and capable of mentoring and assisting employees within the department.
12 Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
13 Coordinate monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
14 Sets up and maintains internal audit systems in order to control and inspect companys incomes and assets effectively and in the meantime prepares reports in a timely manner.
15 Complies with all Standard Practices, Announcements, Rules and Regulations issued by the Support office Director of Finance/Financial Controller from time to time.
16 Ensures safe keeping of all leased contracts, agreements, and legal documents and all documents that may impact on the company financial status
17 Ensures that tax matters, including income tax and other tax requirements are properly managed.
18 Approves all resort disbursements and reimbursements.
19 Approves and adjusts all expenses and ensures that they are all subsequently approved by the Resort Manager.
20 Checks and estimates prices of food and beverage, operational supplies, printing material and equipment inventories on a monthly basis.
21 Co- signs with the Resort representative, after completely checking the list of company payments in the Resort bank account.
22 Signs all necessary reports in order to declare that all the reports have been verified. The reports include for example Daily Operational Reports, Monthly Business Operational Report and Monthly Auditors Check List Report.
23 Signs and verifies all monthly journal vouchers before being recorded into the general ledger.
24 Prepares all financial statements, accounting and statistic reports and any other special reports required by the RM.
25 Assists in preparing in cooperation with the other department heads and RM in planning and forecasting the annual budget, adjusted to the business situation. In addition, responsible for reporting the actual results, compared with the forecast results

2 Approval Petty Cash, Cash Advance to make sure we were follow with our policy
3 Verify AR Statement and approval before send to Travel Agent
4 Update AR Aging Report with comment on action plan of payment

10 Prepare 3 month cash flow forecast report update by monthly basic

17 Prepares in coordination with the FB department the F & B Operations report on a quarterly basis, reflecting the profit and loss of food and beverages business.
18 Responsible for all banking arrangements.
19 Performs other duties as may be assigned.
