1. Production Performance
1.1 Ensure all products are planned and manufactured in a safe and efficient
manner, taking into consideration all relevant laws and regulations.
1.2 Monitor and maintain waste levels at or below budget levels.
1.3 Ensure that all records and reports are up to date and KPI data is
accurate and timely.
2. Quality
2.1 Ensure all production is made to specification and meets the customer’s
Quality expectations.
2.2 ISO, HACCP, GMP and or others accreditations are maintained and
Standards procedures are in place and monitored.
3. Staff Management
3.1 Responsible for the daily management and review of all Direct and
Indirect staff.
3.2 Ensure all staff receives the required training and development that will
enable them to actively contribute to the ongoing development and
profitability of Feedmill.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 Ensure at all times the Health and Safety of staff and the protection of the
environment are paramount.
4.2 Ensure that all staff trained in Health and Safety procedures.
4.3 Continuously look to identify and eliminate, minimize or isolate safety
hazard on site.
4.4 Ensure all internal and external standards are met or exceeded.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Ensure all assets of factory are maintained to standard.
5.2 Ensure preventive maintenance measures are in place for all process
equipments.
5.3 Plant downtime due to breakdown is minimized.
5.4 Ensure required spare parts are kept with optimum stock level.
6. Cost and expense
6.1 Ensure all production meets cost expectations and that Operational
expenditure is within budget and correctly authorized.
6.2 Ensure that annual budgets are prepared on time in accordance with the
budgetary process.
7. Others
7.1 Ensure the movement in stock for Raw Materials, Finished Feed and
PP bags are in control.
7.2 Works closely with Nutritionist and other departments in any technical
and R&D project.
7.3 Ensure all plant requirements are done systematically and periodically.
7.4 Liaise with Sales Department on all order and delivery for customer.
7.5 Ensure tailing is at minimum, controllable stock level and being used \
according to Nutritionist’s advice.
7.6 Ensure the cleanliness and housekeeping of the factory being carried-out
properly and orderly.
7.7 Manage functions and activities in Production, Maintenance, Logistic and
Security Departments in a timely, profitable and efficient manner.

1. Responsible and controlling of FEED production and activities
(Three feedmill in Turkey / CPF Turkey)
2. Responsible for Profit & Loss and controlling feed cost and production
expense (Varviable and Fix expense).
3. Control and monitor annual investment budget / feed production budget.
4. Manage for 250 employees for three factories.
5. Responsible for feed production target 40,000 – 50,000 Tons/month
6. Taking direction / strategies and guidelines from TOP Management to apply in
the work. To achieve company goals.
7. Create strategies and target to subordinate.
8. Coordination with TOP management / Sale / Accounting / Finance / MRO /
HR / QC and external contacts.
9. Maintain necessary certification standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001/ Etc.
10.Responsible for all CP Turkey sustainability and reporting to CPF Thailand.
11. Ruminant feed production specialist.
1. Ensures the manufacture, warehousing and delivery or pick up of product
within established quality guidelines and customer expectations and
regulatory requirements.
2. Responsible for the safe, cost effective and efficient production of the feed
mill operations.
3. Monitors cost metrics for the feed mill to measure performance.
4. Meetings all weekly, monthly and annual reporting requirements
5. Develops and ensures compliance with standard operating procedures.
6. Monitors overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
7. Ensures product quality meets established quality standards
8. Coordination with outsource labour , governments and local persons.
9. Saving cost project and improve production process.
10.Ensures all employee follow WI controlled by KPIs.
