ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
ดูแล ระบบ IT บริษัทลูกค้า ที่บริษัท ส่งไปดูแล โดยการดูแล จะมี 4 ช่องทาง คือ Onsite, Remote support, Phone, และemail บริษัทที่ดูแล มีดังนี้ บ. ASEAN-Australia Counter Trafficking, หอการค้าไทยอเมริกัน, บ.อนุสารเชียงใหม่, บ.Asiawork Television, บ.Burda Thailand, บ.Caldic (Thailand), บ.Easykart Stadium, บ.Fitness Innovation, บ.Fujitec (Thailand), บ.Issara Institute. บ.Lab pharmacy, บ.Lyriant Advisory, บ.Mountbatten Program, บ.Omniraise, บ.Wineconnection, บ.Zinc Invision Hospitally. เป็นต้น

• ดูแล Dell and HP server (Physical and VM via HyperV),Window server 2008,2012,2019 AD, Group policy, File Sharing,Express, SQL
• Migrate AD server from Window2003 to 2008, from 2008 to 2012)
• ดูแล ระบบ Server Backup ( Window server backup ,Acronis Cyber Protect, Symantec Backup, Hyper Backup,Qnap Backup,Active Backup for Microsoft365. รวมถึงทำการกู้คืนระบบ จากภาวะระบบDown เช่นไฟดับ ,Window เข้าไม่ได้,ติดไวรัส, Harddisk เสีย
• Set ILO and IDRAC.
• Review and Update Security window patches และ restart เดือนละครั้ง บน server.
• Monitoring system, Event logs, performance, disk usage, MRTG, RMM APC UPS, Backup status
• Monitoring disk and raid controller status ผ่าน Dell Open Management และ HP Smart Storage
administrator.
• Update network diagram, Office floor plan, rack diagram เป็นต้น โดย Microsoft Visio
• ตรวจเช็ค All Physical device ในตู้ Rack server ว่า มีสัญญาณ ไฟ หรือเสียง ผิดปกติหรือไม่ ประจำเดือน
• Set email notification บน server เพื่อแจ้งเตือน หาก มี Event ต่าง ๆเกิดขึ้น เช่นไฟดับ, backup succeed or fail เป็นต้น
• ดูแล Kaspersky Endpoint Security (Cloud) set up , deploy ,ติดตั้ง, Monitoring ทุกอุปกรณ์
• ดูแล Office365 ผ่านทาง portal admin, Email, SharedMailbox, rule, Two factor authentication เป็นต้น, Microsoft Team, OneDrive and SharePoint บน Window and Mac client.
• ย้ายระบบเมลเดิม ไป Office365 สำหรับ client.
• Wifi Access Point management (Ruckus and Ubiquiti)
• Backup all devices configuration ทุก 3 เดือน
• ดูแล Qnap NAS, file sharing, set CCTV feature on NAS, add network cameras and monitoring.
• ดูแลระบบ HIK CCTV , HIK Finger and Face scan.
• ดูแล Fortigate and Cisco Firewall , bandwidth management, VPN, OpenVPN เป็นต้น
• Maintenance เครื่อง Client เดือนละครั้ง เช่น update window, check date and time, disk usage, pst and ost size, disk check เป็นต้น
• แก้ปัญหา IT และ Support user ไทยและต่างชาติ ทุกอุปกรณ์ Window 7,8,10,11. Mac OS, Smartphone Android +IOS.
• Local and network printer management เช่น code for printing, Secure print, scan to folder and email.
• Inventory เครื่อง server and client เพื่อดูรุ่นเครื่อง และวางแผน การเปลี่ยน อัพเกรด hardware
• Update งาน ในะระบบ Autotask ticket และ monthly report ส่งให้ Manager
• Update IT Document.
• Renew warranty server.
• Smart hand for IT HQ and Senior IT.
• Perform IT task for Dispatch or Project occasionally.

เช่น File server,DNS server,Antivirus server,Mail server,Firewall,Bandwidth management,Hot Spot
internet,log analysis,Raid controller เป็นต้น
ดูแลและติดตั้งระบบ CCTV (IP Camera) รวมถึง Network ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่นการเลือกกล้อง ,Switch ,คำนวณ
Bandwidth และบริหารจัดการด้วย Milestone Management เช่นการสร้าง Rule ,Event ,Map alarm,trigger
เป็นต้น
ดูแลและติดตั้งระบบ Access control Honeywell (Winpak) ของลุูกค้า เช่นการกำหนด access level,time
zone,floor plan ,tracking เป็นต้น
ดูแลและconfig Router,Switch L2 เช่น Routing ,Vlan ,Qos,Trunk port,Aggregation,Port Security เป็นต้น
ทำใบเสนอราคางานติดตั้งระบบ, Demo System and Product และ ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า ทำ Schedule
ตารางงานช่าง และ progress งาน, ถอด BOQ ได้ระดับนึง
