ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- To plan , organize , lead and control production and maintenance activities in a given shift and line
order to achieve required production volume of quality at high productivity and minimum operating costs.
- To ensure the implementation of procedures and work instructions pertaining to the various functions
of the position as stated in the Procedures and Work Instructions Manual
- Providing feedback regarding operational problems/concern a next shifter superintendent to inform hint
of exisiting operating conditions to ensure smooth transition of shifts
- Analyzes production , maintenance and other operation reports tp ensure optimum operating
efficiency and provide recommendations whenever necessary.
- Plan and implements production scheduled in coordinate with other departments.
- Ensuring operational readiness of machines before start-up
- Formulating nad recommending immediate remedial measures to be applied to solve downtime , delays
and related problems.
- Plans and recommends for the schedule of overhauling activities to include facilities amd manpower
complement
- Develops and establishes an adequate control and reporting system.
- Prepares operating and capital budgets , long term plans and programs.
-Tasked to observe Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Security and Safety, ISO 9001, ISO 14001,
5S and Good Hygiene in the process area ,or other Productivity & Quality Promotion Program
- Initiates and actively recommends the purchase and/or requisition of direct manufacturing supplies
Maintenance, spare parts and other materials to be used in Production &
- Issue work instruction (W/I ) and QC flow chart.
- Cost reduction / decrease waste product/ productivity report.
- Monitoring the production process, the machine and manpower utilization.
- Production report (daily and monthly report)
