- Ensure efficient and effective operation management to achieve production volume, efficiency and quality standard.
- Ensuring all activities to meet customer’s satisfaction.
- Control overall performance to be accordance to the company’s KPI such as cost, efficiency, quality, delivery and etc.
- Responsible for process and/or procedure continuous improvement project.
- Review capacity information report to ensure alignment with Factory’s planned.
- Ensuring that all products are manufactured to agreed quality standards is continuously improved.
- Driving Lean Management project with a focus on optimizing process flow, reducing no value added waste and supporting Lean events such as Audon/TFL,ISQ (Self Inspection Quality), Lay Out &Flow, Work standard, Supermarket, U& Standing line, TPM, Big &Small Kaizen workshops and DMAIC events.
- The implementation of the business division system (ISO9001:2008), the internal audit and certification.
- Responsible for generating daily, weekly and monthly performance report to MD.

Responsibility :
 - Lead customer complaint and work with team to come up with proactive action plans, drive quality improvement activities.
 - Responsible for effective quality processes including procedures, documentation systems, tools, and measurable improvements that are required to meet quality system standards.
 - Monitor critical production steps to minimize loss and reduce re-work and non-conforming product.
 - To implement and manage customer quality requirement.
 - Ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) is effectively established, implemented and maintained to be in compliance with ISO9001:2008.

 - Planning & Monitoring. To ensure capacity planning of resources so to meet orders on time.
 - Set up SOP, process Flow chart.
 - Optimum of utilization Man, Machine& Materials.
 - Establish lean manufacturing culture to reduce non-value added processes.
 - Summary of performance, report to MD.


7. 2002-2003 :Hua Thai Manufacturing Ltd. (Garment) Nontaburi Province. (Produce Jacket,Suit,Sweater)
Position : Senior Engineer
Salary :25,000 THB/Month
Responsibility :
 - Following TPS system.
 - To calculate SAM with GSD software.
 - Making Layout the machine with manpower of sewing operation to ensure best workflow.
 - Studying and implementing time study ,method study, line balancing and bottleneck solving.
