1. Set supplier audit plan and follow up 8D report from supplier.
2.Summary supplier evaluation of monthly.
3.Follow up improvement plan from supplier.
4.Set IQC inspection record and work instruction follow material spec.
5.Support customer complaint and Improvement activity .
6.Responsible analyze nonconforming & product from customer complaint.
7.Review ICAR and set team audit for follow up action.
8.Review document follow ISO 9001and IATF16949.
9.Set KPI and action plan for improvement system part.
10.Summary weekly report and monthly report

( APQP, Control plan ,PFMEA, Inspection Standard, Part check sheet, Ppk,GR&R ) Follow TS16949 system.
3. Responsible analyze nonconforming & product from customer complaint.
4.Issue work instruction , Q-point , Inspection sample report , Inspection standard MSA study.
