ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Set up, implement, control, inspection and maintain Safety, Health and Environmental system of Erawan sugar group to conform with ISO 9001, ISO-14001, ISO-45001,GMP, HACCP, Halal,มอก56-2552,KOSHER,ISO-39001 and others ISO refer to company policy.
2.Lead, manage and coordinate all aspects of SHE programs to all level of the organization both project and normal operation to commit to safe, healthy and environmentally responsible plant.
3.Maintain all documentation necessary to demonstrate compliance with required law and local record keeping requirements, as well as all required external submission reports.
4.Ensure compliance with EIA Report (Environmental Impact Assessment Report), governmental regulations and industry standards.
5.Responsible to coordinate between Plant Safety Organization and Engineering Safety Organization to ensure both organizations are smoothly link together.
6.Controlling Continuous improvement with Safety, health and Environment in a plant.
7.Ensuring SHE activity with compliance and Global and Thailand standard.
8.Manages the response and investigate of reports of hazardous of potentially hazardous conditions, reviews recommendation and /or takes appropriate action in order to mitigate potential safety, health and environmental risk ,BCP Plan and Emergency plan.
9.Co-responsibility with line department of each area to approve work permit in process with safety rules and regulation and any related policy and procedures to ensure safe work condition.
10.Performs other duties as assigned.
- Report performance of Safety, Health, Environmental with corrective, preventive and improvement action to Director.
-Follow up, analyze and implement action in Erawan Group to conform to law and regulation.
-Coordinate and report EHS data to Director.

3. Follow up, analyze and implement action in Ranong Operation to conform to law and regulation.
4. Coordinate and report EHS data to EHS SEA manager.
5.Participates in Key Cooperative’s goal setting and budget process, in areas of safety and compliance.
6. Provide leadership in developing, implementing and managing EH&S policies, programs and practices.
7. Plans and implements programs to train supervisors and employees to meet standards and also to enhance the company safety culture.
8. Assists with new employee safety orientation program and employee safety training.
9. Inspects organization facilities (safety audits) to detect existing or potential incident and health hazards, determines corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.
10. Assists with for Key Cooperative’s emergency response to environmental, structural, and employee incidents.
11. Assists with the investigation of all incidents and injuries from initial report to closure.
12. Leader activities and project environment health and safety.
13. CSR Activity.
14. Safety activity such as S7,Take5,Toolbox,Partrol Audit,5S,Safety dashboard.
