Responsibilities

-Planning & overseeing business development efforts for assigned areas with a goal to onboard hotel on to OYO hotel chain and network.

-Identifying potential hotel lead generation sources and pitching OYO’s partnership proposal to the hotel owners

-Negotiating OYO’s commercial agreement with interested hotel owners and sign-up their hotels

-To strengthen a relationship with existing hotel owners & other relevant stakeholders

-Collaborating with other teams in OYO such as transformation, operations, marketing, pricing, customer support, finance, etc.

-Visit customer to collect the order
-Follow up the order with a customer
-Make a report to the Director
-Corporate with other departments (warehouse, accounting, driver, etc.)
-Follow delay payment with a customer
-Seek new customer

- ทำรายงานงบประมาณการขายต่อปี
- ออกพบร้านค้าที่ขายผลิตภัณฑ์ของเราเพื่อตรวจสอบสต็อกปัจจุบันและทำรายงานส่งผู้จัดการ
- จัดทำรายงานรายสัปดาห์ (weekly report) และรายงานประจำเดือน (monthly report) นำเสนอต่อผู้จัดการ
- เจรจาต่อรองราคา, ปริมาณการสั่งซื้อและเงื่อนไขการจัดส่ง ฯลฯ กับลูกค้า
- เตรียมผลิตภัณฑ์ตัวอย่างสำหรับลูกค้าตามที่พวกเขาร้องขอ
- ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์จัดการการจัดส่งตามกำหนดเวลาไปยังคลังสินค้าของลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับ บริษัทแม่ที่ญี่ปุ่น
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่กำหนด
