2) Production yield control and waste reducing..
3) Project activity, OEE% improvement, BD% reduce of the machine control, Productivity and Lean activity.
4) MTBF, MTTR and Cost control including spare part or equipment provide for PM and Overhaul and Project assignment job.
5) Contact and discuss supplier with spare part ordered and quality control
6) Kaizen and 5S activity cooperation and support

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1) New products control for all new model such as FAIR, FA build planning and issue all necessary documents control such as PMP, QCFC, OPI, FMEA, BOM, Specification criteria, Process data check sheet, Work instruction and include prepare FA package submit to customer.
2) Machine and Equipments jig qualification and set up control base on standard before trial and FA build start of production.
3) Jig fixture and accessory design for normal and improvement for support productivity and include Kaizen improvement control.
4) Cleanroom regular and 5S control.
5) Oversea and local supplier contact and negotiate for product quality control.
6) Production yield control, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Investigation&analysis and problem solving action.
7) Defect and internal finding audit and improvement action when got recommended or feedback from management or customer.

7) Internal Auditor ในด้านระบบควบคุมคุณภาพ
