Responsible for planning, managing and supervising staff, checking the work system to meet the standards to support the production process and various work systems to be effective
• Management overall of Maintenance System, Facility and Utility system Maintain budget and yearly capex cost
• Designing maintenance strategies (TPM), procedures and methods
• Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work
• Control / maintain spare parts, maintenance tools, stores and equipment
• Maintain / Fix machines, tools and equipment
• Maintenance Monthly Report - downtimes report / break down etc.
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Control cost and consumption use for machine Air compressor, Chiller, Waste Water system
Cooling tower, Water treatment system, Ro and soft demineralized water, Plant Nitrogen Gas
