- Budget Control & Schedule Control
- Manage the process of post-contract including construction, testing & commissioning, Hand over
- Supervise procurement & purchasing processes for a project
- Monitor construction progress in terms of quantity , time and value
- Be involved with the management and coordination of budget control and management reports for construction project
- Anticipate and manage, on the Employer’s behalf, any and all issues that may affect the progress or financial status of the project(s).
- Present / provide clear information to Management regarding the status of projects and relevant issues.
- Directing, liaising with and supervising the work of other professionals involved in the project.
- Ensuring that quality and hotel brand standards are adhered to.
- Keeping track of progress and ensuring that the project is on time and on budget.
- Ensuring effective internal communication to and with all related parties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Summary :
Manage the elevator installation to meet the plan. This includes cost control. Control the team to work the standard of the company.

- Directing, liaising with and supervising the work of other professionals involved in the project.
- Ensuring that the principle aims of the project(s) and business plan are met
- Ensuring that quality and hotel brand standards are adhered to.
- Keeping track of progress and ensuring that the project is on time and on budget.
- Maintaining records of expenditure, accounting, costing and billing in relation to the project.
- Maintain good, professional relationships with consultants and contractors, as well as local authorities and other key parties to the construction process.
- Ensuring effective internal communication to and with all related parties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
