-Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner -Provide accurate information about salon services and products -Manage appointment bookings and customer records -Handle cashiering, payments, and daily sales reporting -Coordinate with stylists , Assistant , Manager and the head office -Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
