-Desinging and Develop the Organize Chart / Job Description / Work Flow
-Designing and Develop for the recruiting and hiring process
-Make appointment, interviews and Screen candidate with organization requirements -Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan -Manage and review all disciplinary issues and disciplinary action
-Contact and submit related documents for Labor Department,
-Listening to employees and understand their issues and provide advice

ISO 9001 : 2015, 45001, 14001
-Conduct the planned audit by reviewing scope of audit , setting up audit plan, audit schedule, auditor teams and audit checklist meetings.
-Control and Follow up CAR/NCR on the nonconformitiesand observations, finding in the audit. -Monitor the KPI achievement against the target. Issue the CAR and follow up when the target is not achieved
-Prepare KPI schedule, attend the meeting and summarize meeting record.
- Conduct the management review
