RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance manager, test machine and test hardware setup and Installation ,Product qualification and buy off, test Equipment buy off ,Tester correlation , Device correlation, PM, Calibration, spare parts control and activities of machines, equipments, test equipment down time and other electrical/network facilities all reliability and quality standard in order to achieve timely production of quality product as job details responsibilities following .

1. Create the maintenance system :
1.1 Create the maintenance standard and work instruction and best practices machine setup for technicians all PM and production line support technicians.
1.2 Create the equipment and maintenance work instruction for Equipment and maintenance engineers.
1.3 Create the machine preventive maintenance system such as PM procedure each machine , PM Master plan, PM recall ,PM data record , part life time and replacement ,PM buyoff before to release to production line and follow up preferment .
1.4 Create the spare part inventory control system such as max –min spare part each machine type
and critical part.
1.5 Create machine FMEA each machine.
1.6 Create SPC and MSA monitoring .
1.7 Create the machine and equipment operating and working instruction each type.
1.8 Crate the machine and equipment OCAP.

2 . Create the machine installation and buyoff.
2.1 Prepare and create machine and equipment purchase specification for new machines and equipment.
2.2 Prepare and create machine and equipment buyoff specification for new machines and equipment.
2.3 Prepare all facility both design and installation with coordinate with supplier such as CDA ,N2 ,vacuum ,Electrical power system and LAN network.
2.4 Prepare machine and equipment layout in production with coordinate IE department.
2.5 Prepare LAN system layout each machine with coordinate IT department.
2.6 Perform machine and equipment installation and buyoff per timeline with summaries installation and buyoff report.

3. Machine preferment and maintains .
3.1 Machine downtime and up time control to meet target production output plan .
3.2 Machine MTBR,MTBF to meet target.
3.3 Machine OEE control to meet target ( 80%-90%).
3.4 Working out product planer for machine setup to machine utilize and meet target.
3.5 Organize and driven maintenance peoples to work per target.
3.6 Preform Training for machine maintenance class.

4. Spare part inventory control.
4.1 Per form daily check min –max spare on-hand.
4.2 Work out with purchase dept to order some part long time used due to un-control.

5. Customer supporting all local and over sea.

6. Contact Vendor and supplier on local and over sea.

7. Management :
7.1 Maintenance people headcount control to match number of machine and production output.
7.2 Prepare spare parts usage and spare parts plan outlook per month report.
7.3 Machine performance, up time, down time ,OEE.
7.4 Prepare Machine and equipment utilize and machine capacity per production loading.
7. 5 Prepare maintenance CAPEX per year.

8. Improvement Project.
8.1 Preform Maintenance and spare part Cost saving.
8.2 Find out Long life time spare parts .
8. 3 Preform Reduce machine downtime.
8.4 Preform 5S and SGA.
8.5 Quality awareness .

9. Safety:
9.1 Create the safety procedure for maintenance and machine operating system per TIS18001 and BS OHSAS18001
