- Provide 1st line support to Client for Applications, system support issues or Request as necessary.
- Support to identify possible bugs or isssues for back-end team to resolve problem.
- Review and prioritizine technical and operational support issues from clients and escalated to related.
- Work closely with developers, system analyst , tester and project manager to perform tests.
- Have experience in SIT, UAT Testing and Production project.

- Perform feature and functional testing for mobile application, web application, back office application.
- Create user manual for mobile application, web application.
- Specific skill and knowledge training to client with training team.
- Diagnose failures of mobile phones sold by DTAC as standards from vendors and verify the units warranty conditions and symptoms.
- Preliminary diagnostic of Apple product (iPhone and iPad) as Apples standard in terms of hardware and software.
- Use Apple service system (GSX) to operate diagnostic system and create all claims in the system.
- Call to customers to inform preliminary costs, failures, unlocking iPhone as well as product information and how to use iPhone.
- To be expertise of smartphones both iOS and Android OS as well as provide the training course for new employees for technician position.
- Escalate cases of iPhone claimed to Apple Inc. by English to solve customers cases.
- Coordinate DTAC channels in nationwide in term of following up the repair status and otherrelated repair services.
- Daily provide the repair performance report to the supervisors which is used for monitoring in-house repair service as well as technician performance.
- Monitor and supervise 5 technicians for repair service of mobile phone sold by DTAC.
