1. Provide and support to implement Environmental, Health & Safety management system in power plant
construction project also audit and advise to ensure conformance with both internal and external
requirements (Law).
2. Support and coordinated to complete Environment and Safety and EIA monitoring including reviewed
report to government.
3. Audit and advice for maintain the efficiency of EMS management (Air, Noise, Wastewater, and Waste).
4. Responsible for Arrange and conduct proper training on safety issue for staff.
5. Review with all managers on safety & security policies/procedures to ensure they are effective and
workable
6. Control the contractor and subcontractor that construct the Power Plant comply with safety law, regulation
and EIA.
