The Procurement Specialist, Exam Gloves provides operational, analytical, and administrative support for the Exam Gloves category. This role is responsible for managing transactional procurement activities, maintaining supplier records and compliance documentation, coordinating product samples, supporting pricing and purchasing system updates, conducting market research, tracking commodity trends, preparing analytics and reports, and ensuring timely follow up on supplier and internal requests.
The Procurement Specialist works closely with the Purchasing Manager, Quality Assurance, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution of day to day procurement activities. In addition to supporting procurement operations, this role serves as a key resource for category analytics, supplier intelligence, market monitoring, and business reporting. The position enables the Purchasing Manager to focus on strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, category strategy, supplier development, and cost savings initiatives.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Operations, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
2. • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
3. • 3 to 5 years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, sourcing, supplier management, procurement analytics, or market intelligence experience.
4. • 2 to 5 years of procurement analyst, sourcing analyst, market intelligence, spend analytics, or related experience preferred.
5. • Experience gathering and analyzing commodity market data, supplier intelligence, and industry trends.
6. • Experience creating category reports, supplier scorecards, KPI dashboards, and executive management presentations.
7. • Experience supporting category management, sourcing, or procurement teams through data analysis and market research activities.
8. • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP preferred.
9. • Experience with Coupa, ETQ, Ariba, Power BI, or similar business systems preferred.
10. • Experience supporting suppliers in a manufacturing, medical device, healthcare, consumer products, or industrial environment preferred.
