รายละเอียดงาน
Main Task ลักษณะงานหลัก:
1. Set policies and work plans aline with company policies.
2. Manage and control overall of factory work;
- Production Department (Formalin Plant, Resin Plant)
- Logistcs & Warehouse Department
- Maintenancr & Engineering Department
- Utility Department
3. Planning production together with CSD (Sales) to be able to deliver products according to customer needs.
4. Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
5 Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
6. Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order
7. Manage and control the factory cost budget to meet the target.
8. Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
9. Coordinate with other department for support related work.
10. Support, comply and ensure complicity with Safety Health and environments regulations, ISO 9001, ISO 14001,
11. Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department. Follow EIA.
12. Other assignment for support team and other department.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. 1. Male or Female, age 35-45 year old.
2. 2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical or related.
3. 3. At least 7-10 year experience in Factory Manager, Production Manager or Management.
4. 4. Have experience in chemical industries is prefer
5. 5. Have leadership and communication skill.
6. 6. Knowledge of process design, with strong organization ability
7. 7. Good English communication (Listen, Speak, Read, Write) and Good computer skill (Ms. Office).
8. 11. Ability to work under pressure and flexible in working hours.
9. 9. Knowledgeable and able to start building and implementing an ISO system (9000,14001).
10. 10. Strongly in team management and communication skill with all kind of people.
