Responsible for the development of training from company competency and development roadmap for the company, specifying the appropriate functional programs
to be implement in order for employees to develop the desired competence relevant to each function.
Be Internal instructor/speaker/Facilitator in related training program such as orientation for new onboarding program and other management communication sessions related to organization objectives.
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Conduct or arrange for ongoing training and personal development classes for staff members and overall staff.
Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs.
Coordinate established courses with technical and professional courses provided by vendors and designate training procedures.
Prepare training budget for department or organization.
Evaluate and follow up participant who passed the training program.
Submit the training documentation to Department of Skill Development.
