Conduct meetings with users. Got requirements from users. Draw flows, diagram, mock up Wrote user stories. then sign-off requirement. Create test case and test scrip. Develop product using scrum and or agile method. Brain storm in order to get a detailed user story, I explained and added User Stories in Jira and explained to the team to understand User stories and then prioritized User stories and let everyone in the team shared the size of User stories and then saved them to sprint black log, with each task should be completed in 1 day so Developers can report on their daily progress. After developers completed dev then UAT. There were 2 sides of UAT which were IT Project Management and User side or business side. If UAT result is successful, both parties will created functional specification documents and sign-off projects. Developer sent code to IT production support to launch approachable RPA Systems. These projects included Robotic Process Automation projects for the following departments 1. NCB 2. Credit Analyst 3. Accounting 4. Operations 5. Insurances 6. Registrations 7. Tele-sales 8.IT-securities 9. Customer services 10.Branch operations 11.Collection. The special project is for marketing department which is a land purchasing project.
I was a person who request RPA users from IT-Security department.
I prepared reports and presentations to AVP including statistics of projects (Project Name, Projects belong to which departments, Projects details, project status)
I was a coordinator with vendor G-Able to implement OCR system (bring Invoices/PO/Receives in PDF form export to excel for the accounting department.)
We still coordinated the Re-Skill project by selecting and interviewing employees who were interested to write RPA.
I was a person who withdraw money for food to employees who worked overtime and transportation expenses
I was a person who prepare candidates data for managers to interview and
request a laptop for new employees.
