➢ Recheck daily arrival lists including D+1 booking.
➢ Coordinate with Sales Department, Front Office and concern departments to make sure that all bookings will be correct.
➢ Coordinate the preparation of all VIP Returns, Long Stay, and
Honeymoon.
➢ Review arrival lists to welcome guests.
➢ Coordinate the preparation of VIP amenities.
➢ Make reservations over the phone and in person.
➢ Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way.
➢ Providing information about facilities, programs and other
services.
➢ Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g., confirming travel
arrangements, taking messages.
