• Answer telephones and directs calls in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.

- To organize ISO/Safety training and activities.
- To assist QMR in managing document control centre.
- To ensure necessary procedures and Work Instructions are written and kept up-to-date.
- To supervise ISO/Safety staff.
- To follow requests of Quality Management Representative.
