Follow up order from customers
Offer new products to customers.
Going out to fine new customer and contact new customers by telephone.
Prepare material for presentation such as price list, documents, pictures and brochure. Sometimes take the sample to give customers.
-Act as the point of contact between MD and client.
-Handle requests and queries appropriately
-Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
-Make travel arrangements
-Take meeting notes where required
-Devise and miantain MD's filling system
