1. ดำเนินการดูแล แก้ไขปัญหา รวมถึงให้คำปรึกษาการใช้งานในส่วนของ Hardware และ Software ให้แก่ผู้ใช้งานภายในองค์การ
2. ดำเนินการจัดเตรียมความพร้อมด้าน Hardware, Software และอบรมความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบขององค์กร ให้แก่ผู้ใช้งานใหม่
3. ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ ควบคุม จัดการ และการปฏิบัติงานด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานขององค์กร (IT Infrastructure, CCTV, PBX)

2.ยอมรับ / รวมเทคโนโลยีใหม่จากผู้ออกใบอนุญาต (Accept/Consolidate new technology from licenser.)
3.รวบรวม / วิเคราะห์การแข่งขันและส่งข้อเสนอแนะ (Collect/Analyze competitions and submit suggestion.)
4.ประเมินคุณภาพวัตถุดิบของซัพพลายเออร์ (Evaluate raw material quality of suppliers.)

3.ตรวจสอบและควบคุมอะไหล่เครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ซ่อมบำรุง
4.วางแผนและตรวจสอบป้องกันการบำรุงรักษา
5.ปฏิบัติงานตามแผนบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรเพื่อลดการเสื่อมสภาพของเครื่องจักรที่มีผลต่อกระบวนการผลิตภายในโรงงาน
6.เตรียมอะไหล่ เครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการซ่อมแซมในกรณีที่เครื่องจักร/อุปกรณ์ชำรุดเพื่อให้สามารถทำการซ่อมแซมได้ทันเวลา
