รายละเอียดงาน
1. Plan and create production planning, manpower planning according to export shipping order or internal demand.
2. Monitor production efficiency, work order status, production schedule and raw materials availability.
3. Coordinate and direct production activities, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of operation technical activities.
4. Coordinate with Incoming raw material, Engineer, Shipping, and Inventory when expedite orders need.
5. Ensure that all production operations are done in accordance with customer requirements and ISO guidelines.
6. Support any operation technical breakdown of plant machinery and/or facilities and rectify it in a timely manner.
7. Support product development activities (i.e., trial runs, change control).
8. Prepare, manage, and control annual production costs and forecasts.
9. Developing and implementing a (proactive) production program.
10. Monitor and maintain the management system (ISO) for production functions and any related activities.
11. Review and evaluate production operations.
12. Participate in any internal audits and relevant audits.
13. Implement comprehensive risk assessment including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental.
14. Implement best practices, standards, and procedures in all operational functionalities.
15. Improvise the production operations to save on costs and work time.
16. Guide and organize the writing of Production SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures), WI’s (Working instructions).
17. Guides, coach and motivate team members. Build and foster the continuous improvement and teamwork working culture.
18 Manage and lead the team, ensuring adequate staffing levels & build up a well-operated production team.
19 May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. 1. Possess at least Degree/major in Industrial Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent field.
2. 2. Minimum 8 years of working experience within the manufacturing environment (Experience in working in Natural Rubber will be specially considered.
3. 3. Minimum 3 years in a leadership / people management function
4. 4. Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
5. 5. Strong troubleshooting skills, good leadership skills, interpersonal skills and analytical approach to problem solving.
6. 6. Proactive, results-oriented, high level of integrity, decisive and possess good follow-through.
7. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload while delivering high accuracy/quality works.
8. 8. Ability to communicate at all levels of management and good presentation skills.
9. 9. Ability to work with relevant stakeholders in projects undertaken Company.
10. 10. Good teamwork approach with positive attitude, independent and fast learner.
